Why Did You Start To Blog In The First Place?

I have no idea how many times I have told this story 😀 I have friends and family all over the world so when I had my baby (not so baby now) in 2008 I set up a blog told from her POV to update every one of her progress. I was letting her look at it for the first a few days ago and she laughed the whole time. If anyone doesn’t know my girl with born with a cleft lip and palate so we wanted to have everything documented for her also and in turn, we included pictures of her on the recovery ward and healing after her surgeries. This blog lasted until she was a year old. For anyone interested in starting their own site for their kids it is http://www.totsites.com and you can set a password so only people with the password can access the posts. We had a DVD made of all the posts for her to have in the future.

Oh, so I am rambling away… I always wondered why I was Rambling Lisa! And that brings me to my next blog! After using Totsite then Tumblr I thought I should start writing about what I know and I worked in beauty for roughly 15 years so I decided to start a blog on beauty/lifestyle/parenting but I wasn’t on my ‘A’ game as there are only so many times you can write about the same thing! I noticed that I got the best response to my book reviews as according to my followers they saw my personality more. My first book review was about a book to do with curly hair and I rambled on about how it had taken until my 30s to find out how to love my curly hair as my family are all straight heads.

Lies! I hate the word hate but I hate, hate, hate lies! I was once told that you could trust a murderer over a liar as with a murderer you always know where you stand!

Walking my dogs at the lakes or in wooded areas.

I Nominate

I don’t know if anyone has noticed but I have been somewhat absent. This is due to technical difficulties so I can’t really do the whole linking thing. It is good though because it means I don’t feel guilty for not being able to nominate everyone! I want everyone to do this, yes that means you so don’t think you can get out of this!!
I had actually started writing this a while ago so taking advantage so I can get a post up. I can’t get my head around using the app for reading blogs or writing posts so I apologise for not being up to date with everyone’s blog posts as well as my spelling/grammar – Grammarly is a must for me!! (Poor Rambling Mr is groaning atm cos I’m asking for help spelling 😂)
